Heptabase

Heptabase is the visual knowledge base designed for deep thinkers and researchers who find linear note-taking too restrictive. It combines the flexibility of a digital whiteboard with the power of a structured database.

Why Visual Research?

Unlike traditional apps, Heptabase allows you to view your notes as "cards" on an infinite canvas. You can draw connections, group related thoughts, and build a visual map of your learning process. This is particularly effective for:

• Literature Reviews: Map out arguments across multiple papers.
• Project Planning: Visualize task dependencies and project phases.
• Learning: Break down complex subjects into digestible, linked segments.

"The goal of Heptabase is to help you create a 'second brain' that actually reflects how your mind works—non-linearly and associatively."
